Our office is located in downtown Columbia, South Carolina and we serve Richland, Lexington, Kershaw, Sumter, Orangeburg, and all counties throughout the state of South Carolina.

At Pozsik & Carpenter we are able to offer dedicated, individualized attention to each of our clients. Our services are personalized, thorough, and compassionate. To learn more about who we are or how we can assist you we encourage you to navigate through our website and then give us a call at (803) 764-1105 to schedule a consultation.

At Pozsik and Carpenter we know it can be hard to find the right kind of attorney for you and your legal matter. That is why Pozsik and Carpenter has a law practice focused on four areas of the law: Family Law, DUI, Probate, and Estate Planning. It is important to find the right attorney. For this reason, you can rest assured that our attorneys will listen to you, clearly explain your legal options, and champion your cause while keeping you well informed at every step of the legal process.

If you have tried to resolve your matter by speaking directly with “the other side” and failed, or if you’re being threatened with legal action, or have been served with papers (Summons and Complaint, warrant, or subpoena), it’s time to hire an attorney. You don’t have to face this situation alone, in fact this is not the time for a do it yourself project. Pozsik and Carpenter can provide sound, aggressive, and compassionate legal advice.
